Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Laboratory Equipment Needed For Rose Oil Analysis For The Needs Of The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (Babh)

The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Under Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, Including Accompanying Activities Of Installation, Assembly, Testing, Commissioning, Training And Warranty Service, Necessary For The Full And Correct Use Of The Delivered Equipment. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Laboratory Equipment Necessary To Carry Out The Analysis Of Rose Oil For The Needs Of The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (Bfsa), Including The Supply, Installation And Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of A High-Resolution Isotope Mass Spectrometer (Irms) With Element Analyzer And Gas Chromatography System, Training Of Employees Determined By The Employer To Work With The Equipment, As Well As Warranty Service Of The Delivered Equipment For The Duration Of The Contract.The Public Order Is Awarded For The Needs Of The Bfsa In Order To Provide Technical Equipment For A Laboratory For The Analysis Of Rose Oil On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria To Carry Out Laboratory Tests For The Analysis Of Rose Oil Through Physicochemical And Chemical Analyzes In Connection With The Implementation Of The Official Control Over Products From The Color Of Rose Oil, Intended For Food Production, As Well As For The Purposes Of Self-Control Of Business Operators, With A View To Achieving Compliance With The Requirements Of The Law On Oil Rose.The Procedure And Conditions For Determining The Public Procurement Contractor Are In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) And The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa). The Procedure Is Carried Out In Compliance With The Principles Established In The Civil Procedure Code.
