The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes:1. Provision Of Voice And Other Services Provided Through Mobile Terrestrial Networks According To Gsm, Umts, Lte Standards, Together With All Additional Voice And Other Services Included In The Standards, Enabling The Implementation Of Mobile Communications In The Enterprise Network.2. Calls To Other Mobile And Fixed Networks In The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Abroad When Providing The Roaming Service.3. Provision Of The Mobile Internet Access Service Through Data Cards And/Or Modems As Well As Data Transfer Without The Possibility Of Making Voice Telephone Calls.4. The Services Are Aimed At End Users Of The Contracting Authority, Who Are Organized In One Corporate Group.​​​​​​​​​The Contracting Authority Has The Right, According To Its Needs, To Change The Number Of Cards During The Validity Period Of The Agreement.​​​​​​​​​The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority To The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification And The Documentation For Participation.
