The Subject Of The Public Order Is Delivery And Warranty Service Of 4 Pieces Of Multimedia Projectors For The Needs Of Su Lyuben Karavelov, Town Of Nessebar.The Order Includes Delivery To The Customers Address Of 4 (Four) New, Unused, Non-Recycled And Defect-Free Multimedia Projectors, In The Set Specified In The Technical Specification, And Their Warranty Service.Installation, Cabling, Connection To Existing Systems, Setup Or Commissioning Are Not Contracted. The Performance Check Upon Delivery Acceptance Does Not Constitute An Installation Assignment.Full Requirements Are Set Out In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1.The Place Of Delivery Is In The Building Of Su Lyuben Karavelov, Located At The Address: City Of Nessebar, Street Lyuben Karavelov №1.The Term For The Delivery Of The Four Projectors Is According To The Offer Of The Participant, But Not More Than 20 (Twenty) Calendar Days, Counted From The Day Following The Date Of Receipt Of A Written Contract Letter Sent By The Contracting Authority After The Conclusion Of The Contract.The Term Is Specified In The Technical Proposal In A Positive Whole Number Of Calendar Days. A Participant Who Has Proposed A Term Of More Than 20 Calendar Days Is Removed From Participation.The Warranty Period For The Delivered Projectors Is Not Shorter Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance-Handover Protocol Without Remarks.
