The Order Is Awarded For A Period Of One Year With An Option, In The Event That Its Value Is Not Reached During The Term Of The Contract, It Continues Its Operation For A Period Of No More Than 6 Months Or Until Its Value Is Reached.​​​​​​Quantities Are Indicative. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Buy The Quantities Specified In The Specification. On The Basis Of Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code And Art. 80, Para. 1 Of Ppzop, In Connection With Art. 195 Of The Civil Code And Art. 194A Of The Civil Code By Analogy, This Order Is Reserved For Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. Bids May Be Submitted By Other Interested Parties Other Than Those For Whom The Order Is Reserved Pursuant To Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop, But Their Bids Are Considered Only If There Are No Bids Admitted From Persons For Whom The Order Is Reserved. In The Event That One Or More Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, Which Are Entered In The Register And/Or Their Associations, Participate In The Order And Their Offers Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Set Out In The Announcement, The Offers Of The Other Participants In The Procedure Will Not Be Considered And Evaluated.Participants Are Required To Submit An Offer For All Items Included In The Technical Specification. An Offer That Does Not Contain Offers For All Nomenclatures From The List Will Not Be Considered. Ranking Will Be Based On Lowest Total Cost. The Total Value Of The Offer Is For The Ranking Of The Participants, And The Value Of The Contract Is According To The Estimated Value, Namely: 51129.18 Euros.
