In These Cases, The Persons Must Be Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening Of The Present Public Procurement Procedure. Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People Can Participate In The Public Procurement, Provided That They Can Fulfill At Least 80 Percent Of Its Subject With Their Own Machines, Equipment And Human Resources.
