On The Basis Of The European Social Security Regulation, Bilateral Social Security Treaties, The Eea Treaty, The Rhine Sailors Treaty, The Agreement Between The Eu And Switzerland And The Trade And Cooperation Agreement Between The Eu And The United Kingdom, Foreign Insured Persons From The Member Countries Who Live In The Netherlands (Around 40,000 People) Are Entitled To Medical Care At The Expense Of The Country Where They Are Insured. The People Involved Are Not Insured In The Netherlands And Do Not Pay Premiums Here. If They Need Care In The Netherlands, That Care Is Organized By The So-Called Organization Of The Place Of Residence. For Further Description Of The Assignment, See The Descriptive Document. The Size Of The Assignment Has Been Estimated, Partly Based On Experience Figures From Recent Years And Expected Future Needs. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is Between €2.5 Million And €5.5 Million Per Year (Excluding Vat And Price Indexation) Per Year, Therefore Between €25 Million And €55 Million (Excluding Vat And Price Indexation) Over A Maximum Term Of Ten Years. To Prevent The Contractual Maximum Value From Being Exceeded In The Meantime And The Service Agreement From Losing Its Effect Before The Intended End Of The Term, We Conclude The Service Agreement With A Maximum Order Value Of €55 Million (Excluding Vat And Price Indexation).
