The Previous Tender Was Taken Up Jointly With The Other Wadden Islands And The Wadden Office. The Other Wadden Islands, Ameland, Vlieland, Schiermonnikoog And Terschelling And The Wadden Office Opted For A Period Of 4 Years In The Previous Tender With The Possibility Of An Extension Of 2 Years. Texel Opted For A Period Of 2 Years With A Possibility Of Extension Of One Year. The Extension Option Has Now Been Used And The Contract With The Current Accountant Etl Assurance And Government Accountant Will Expire In Financial Year 2026. From The Financial Year 2027, The Municipality Of Texel Will Be Looking For A New Accountant Through A Public European Tender. The Contractor Must Carry Out The Following Activities Annually (On The Basis Of A Fixed Price For The Parts That Are Suitable For This Purpose): 1. Annual Audit Of The Annual Accounts Of The Municipality Of Texel, Pursuant To Article 213 Of The Municipal Act, Also The So-Called Sisa Appendices; 2. Carrying Out An Annual Interim Audit And Drawing Up A Management Letter That Includes An Interim Evaluation Of Internal Control; 3.
