The Hague, As The Largest Seaside Resort In Northwest Europe, Has Two Seaside Resorts Of Allure: Scheveningen (Noorderstrand) And Kijkduin (Zuiderstrand). In Order To Give The Beaches (Over 11 Km In Length) A Beautiful, Clean, Safe And Unambiguous Appearance And To Maintain It For The Residents Of The Hague, The Users Of The Beach And The Still Growing Group Of Tourists, It Is Necessary To Contract A Party To Carry Out The Regular Management And Maintenance. This Party Must Act Together With, And On Behalf Of, The Municipality On Various Facets Of Specific Described Activities Regarding The Maintenance Of The Noorderstrand And Zuiderstrand.
