The Works Will Be Carried Out Without Interrupting Local Traffic - With Half Of The Road Closed To Traffic Or With A Complete Closure Of The Road Section, Taking Into Account The Conditions For Carrying Out Works In The Road Zone Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Documentation) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer.The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Carrying Out Activities Involving The Performance Of Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277) In The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. 2.5 The Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order To Which The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons, And The Rights Of The Ordering Party To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party (Equivalent Solutions).
