Lenartowicza 4 In Rzeszów With A Usable Area Of ​​643.13 M2 And Ul. Lenartowicza 6 With A Usable Area Of ​​1,504.18 M2, Marked In The Land And Buildings Register As Plot No. 2165 With An Area Of 0.1409Ha Owned By Podkarpackie Centrum Innowacji Sp. Z O. O. The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer.10.The Order Will Be Executed In Compliance With The Principles Of Equal Treatment, Non-Discrimination, Fair Competition, Transparency And Proportionality.11.The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order With Respect For The Principle Of Equality Between Women And Men And The Prohibition Of Discrimination For Any Reason, Both In Relation To Persons Participating In The Execution Of The Order And Persons Using The Property.12.When Executing The Order, The Negative Impact On The Environment Should Be Limited, As Far As Possible And Taking Into Account The Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular Through Rational Management Of Materials, Limiting The Amount Of Waste And Packaging, And Proper Management Of Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Order.13.The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In A Way That Limits The Negative Impact On The Environment, In Particular Through Rational Management Of Water, Electricity, Consumables And Other Resources Used During The Provision Of The Service.14.As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, Whenever Possible And Taking Into Account The Nature Of The Work Performed, To Reduce The Amount Of Waste Generated, Reuse Materials If Possible And Safe, And Properly Segregate And Manage Waste Generated In Connection With The Performance Of The Service.15.When Performing Repair, Maintenance Or Renovation Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials And Solutions Ensuring Appropriate Durability, Safety And Functionality, While Taking Into Account The Principles Of Rational Resource Management And Limiting The Need For Premature Replacement Or Re-Performance Of Work.16.The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Works In A Way That Limits, To The Extent Foreseeable, Nuisance For The Employers Employees And Other Users Of The Property, In Particular By Properly Securing The Place Of Work, Limiting Noise, Dust, Dirt And Other Difficulties Related To The Provision Of The Service.17.In The Event Of A Failure Or A Situation That May Pose A Threat To Persons, Property Or The Environment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immed
