The Project Will Consist In The Design And Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Where Municipal Waste Will Be Collected And Stored, Delivered By The Inhabitants Of The Commune, And Accompanying Activities Will Be Carried Out, E.G. Collection And Distribution Of Used Items, Preparation For Re-Use And Educational Activities. The Point Will Collect Separately Collected Municipal Waste, Excluding Mixed Municipal Waste And Waste Containing Asbestos. The Following Will Be Collected And Stored: - Non-Hazardous Municipal Waste, - Hazardous Waste Generated In Households (Municipal Waste), - Items Intended For Reuse. Pszok Will Be Located On A Part Of The Plot No. 37/6, Cieśle District, Rogoźno Commune. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Stage 1 - Design And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All The Required - In Accordance With Applicable Law - Construction, Equipment And Commissioning Of The Pszok In Question - Decisions, Permits, Technical And Implementation Conditions, Agreements And Completion Of Other Formalities Not Listed In The Ffu, Taking Into Account The Intended Purpose And Functions Of The Planned Project; B) Stage 2 - Construction And Equipment Of The Point In Accordance With The Ffu, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Standards And Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.
