The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of The Heat Source In The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex At Ul. Główna 26 In Miedary In The Design And Build Formula Based On The Functional And Utility Program.The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Design And Replacement Of Existing Heat Sources With Pellet Boilers In Place Of The Existing Coal-Fired Boiler Room Based On The Functional And Utility Program.The Boiler Room Should Be Equipped With 2 Pellet Boilers With A Capacity Of Min. 95 Kw Each, Adapted To Work In A Closed System. The Devices Should Be Placed In The Boiler Room With The Necessary Equipment And Fittings And Connected To Existing Central Heating And Domestic Hot Water Installations. And Related. Existing Coal-Fired Boilers And Unnecessary Equipment Related To Coal-Fired Boilers Should Be Dismantled And Disposed Of In Accordance With Applicable Waste Management Regulations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Documents Confirming The Transfer Of Waste To An Authorized Entity, In Particular Waste Transfer Cards (Kpo), If Their Preparation Is Required By Law. The Ordering Party Sets A Possible Date For Carrying Out Overvoltages In The Boiler System That May Cause Possible Interruptions In The Production Of Heat For Heating And Domestic Hot Water From December 23, 2026.
