The Subject Of This Order Is The Renovation And Reconstruction Of Rooms In The Social Building In The Sorting Hall And The Reception Building Of The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant Spytkowo Sp. Z O. O. The Reconstruction Of The Premises Will Be Carried Out On The Ground Floor Of The Social Building Located Directly In The Municipal Waste Sorting Hall. It Will Involve Demolishing Part Of The Walls Of The Existing Dining Room, The Dining Room Vestibule And The Adjacent Room In Order To Enlarge The Dining Room Itself. It Will Also Include The Reconstruction Of Internal Sanitary, Water And Sewage Installations. Renovation In The Social Building And In The Gatehouse/Scale Building Will Consist In General Renovation Of The Internal Cladding Of The Rooms, I.E. Removing Loose Plasters, Repairing Defects, Plastering, Replacing Some Of The Suspended Ceiling Cladding, Filling, Painting, Replacing Ceramic Cladding (Floor And Wall Tiles), Replacing Some Of The Sanitary Equipment. And Equipment, Repair Or Replacement Of Selected Window And Door Joinery, Joinery, And Fittings.
