Establishing The Bank Line Of The Kiełcznica Stream From Adjacent Lands Within The Boundaries Of Plot No. 507/13, Located Within Wierzbie, Łambinowice Commune, Poviat. Nyski, Voivodeship Opole Voivodeship, And Preparation Of Documentation Related To The Separation Of Plots Occupied By Flowing Waters Based On Art. 220 Or Art. 221 Of The Water Law Act. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into Two Stages: 1) Stage I: As Part Of Stage I, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Work Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Contract, Including Surveying Works, Analysis Of Available Documentation And Materials, And Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Complete Surveying And Legal Documentation, Appropriate To The Procedure Resulting From Art. 220 Or Art. 221 Of The Water Law Act, Including In Particular: A) A Draft Delimitation Of Land Covered By Water From Adjacent Land, Together With Geodetic Documentation, Provided By The Competent Authority Of The Geodetic And Cartographic Service With The Official Clause Referred To In Art. 40 Section 3G Point 3 Of The Act Of May 17, 1989, Geodetic And Cartographic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151, As Amended) - In Electronic Form, Respectively: - For Documentation Prepared In Accordance With Art. 220 Of The Water Law Act, - For Documentation Prepared Pursuant To Art. 221 Of The Water Law Act. In The Event Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Under Art. 221 Of The Water Law Act, The Scope And Method Of Preparing Documentation Should Take Into Account The Requirements Arising From This Provision, Including Documentation Prepared For The Needs Of Constructing A Water Facility, Available Materials And, In The Case Specified In Art. 221 Section 3 Of This Act, The Principles Indicated In This Provision. B) A Copy Of The Survey Report In Electronic Form, Accepted Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource, And Documents Containing Personal Data Or Other Data Subject To Protection In Accordance With The Provisions On The Protection Of Personal Data (Gdpr) Should Be Properly Anonymized, C) A Positive Verification Report Of The Results Of The Reported Survey Work Performed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Prepared By The Competent Authority Of The Geodetic And Cartographic Service.
