Length Of Roads: 71.5 Km. Estimated Number Of Trips Per Month: 2 Number Of Trips Dependent On The Prevailing Weather Conditions. Graphic Attachment - Roads Marked In Red - Bus Loops Marked In Orange - Parking Lots Marked In Blue Winter Maintenance Of The Roads Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Standards For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Kowala Commune In The Winter Season 2026/2027 In The Winter Season 2026/2027. Winter Road Maintenance Standards And The List Of Roads Assigned To Individual Standards Constitute Reference Documents When Executing The Order And Assessing The Correctness Of The Services Provided. The Task Will Consist In Clearing Snow, Combating, Preventing And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness On Municipal Roads, Internal Roads, Bus Loops And Parking Lots During The Occurrence Of Slippery Snow And Black Ice In The Kowala Commune. Black Ice And Winter Slipperiness Will Be Combated Using A Roughening Material In The Form Of A Sand And Salt Mixture, Consisting Of 70% Sand And 30% Road Salt. The Mixture Should Be Homogeneous And Suitable For Even Spreading On The Road Surface. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Provide The Appropriate Amount Of Sand And Salt. The Contractor Will Each Time Commence The Performance Of The Service At The Direct Request Of The Ordering Party Or A Person Authorized By Him. Each Snow Removal Operator Is Obliged To Have A Mobile Phone And Start Snow Removal Within No More Than 120 Minutes From The Moment Of Notification By The Ordering Party (In Accordance With The Declaration In The System Offer Form). The Equipment And Plows Belonging To The Contractor And Their Carriers Should Be Technically Efficient And Adapted To Snow Removal. Vehicles Are Required To Be Equipped With An Orange Flash Light And A Sound Signal. When Carrying Out Work Related To Clearing Snow From Roads, The Speed Of Vehicles Equipped With Snow Plows Cannot Exceed 40 Km/H. The Speed Should Always Be Adjusted To The Prevailing Weather Conditions, Road Surface Condition, Visibility, Type Of Work Performed
