Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Backhoe Loader As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Retrofitting The Warehouse Base Of Jasło County - Purchase Of A Backhoe Loader.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of One Brand New Backhoe Loader, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026, Meeting All Minimum Requirements Described In Annex 4 To Swz.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense To The District Road Administration Base In Jasło, Ul. Przemysłowa, During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, Between 08:00 And 14:00, On Working Days From Monday To Friday. The Ordering Party Will Collect The Vehicle On The Day Of Delivery. 3. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Conduct Training In The Operation And Use Of The Delivered Backhoe Loader For Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party. The Training Will Be Carried Out On The Day Of Vehicle Delivery. 4. Pursuant To Art. 16B Section 2 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Offers Covering The Supply Of A Backhoe Loader From A Third Country That Is Not A Party To International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party.5.The Origin Of The Backhoe Loader Is Determined In Accordance With Art. 3 Section 4 Of Regulation (Eu) 2022/1031 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council In Connection With Art. 60 Of Regulation (Eu) No 952/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Establishing The Union Customs Code.6.The Limitation Referred To In Section 4, Concerns The Origin Of The Offered Backhoe Loader, Regardless Of The Country Of Residence Of The Contractor, The Manufacturer Owning The Brand Or The Entity Making The Sale.7.The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form The Manufacturer, Model And Country Of Origin Of The Offered Backhoe Loader.8.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Contractor To Submit Explanations And Documents Necessary To Verify The Origin Of The Offered Backhoe Loader, In Particular The Manufacturers Declaration, Certificate Of Origin, Technical Documentation Or Commercial Documents Allowing The Identification Of The Machine And Determining Its Origin.9.If, As A Result Of The Verification, It Is Determined That The Offered Backhoe Loader Comes From A Country Covered By The Restriction Specified In Section 4, The Offer Is Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.10.The Subject Of The Order Is Planned To Be Co-Financed From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Order Will Be Implemented Provided That The Ordering Party Obtains Funding Under The Above-Mentioned Program.
