The Subject Of The Order Is The Revitalization Of A Historic Park In Rogów Legnicki Located On Plot 103/2 In Order To Protect Nature And Increase Biodiversity. The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Increase And Protect The Existing Natural Values And Increase The Biological Diversity Of The Facility. As Part Of The Revitalization Of The Historic Park, The Following Works Will Be Performed: 1. Cleaning Works In The Field Of: 1) Cutting Down Dead Trees, 2) Removal Of Trees Threatening Safety Due To Their Health Condition In The Area Of The Natural Site, 3) Removal Of Stumps Left After The Removed Trees. 2. Gardening Works In The Scope Of: 1) Greenery Maintenance Works Existing: A) Treatment Of Old Trees With Special Natural Values, B) Maintenance Works In The Existing Dendroflora, 2) Planting New Greenery In Order To Recreate The Historical Spatial Layout - Old Plantings Of High And Medium Greenery, Increasing The Biodiversity Of The Natural Object And Supplementing The Composition Of The Park. The Service Is Divided Into 2 Stages: Stage I Includes The Implementation Of The Cleaning Works Listed In Point 1 And Gardening Works Mentioned In Point. 2 Points 1 And Settlement Of This Stage By December 20, 2026. Stage Ii Includes Planting New Greenery And Maintenance Work Of New Greenery From The Date Of Their Planting To August 31, 2027 And Construction Of A Park Clearing, Grass Surfaces, Park Meadow, Settlement Of This Stage By September 15, 2027. All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Service Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Documentation Entitled Tree Management Project, Greenery Protection Project, Greenery Development Project Protecting And Increasing Biological Diversity In The Rogów Legnicki Historic Park, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. To Carry Out The Works, The Ordering Party Obtained A Permit From The Conservator Of Monuments In Wrocław, Delegation In Legnica, To Carry Out Conservation Works And Construction Works At The Monument - Decision No. 213/2021 Of March 23 2021, Amended By Decision No. 1129/2024 Of December 10, 2024 And Decision No. 454/2026 Of June 3, 2026. Note: The Implementation Of The Task Is Co-Financed From External Funds Granted Under The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 To Be Used And Settled By September 30, 2027. This Means That In The Event Of Failure To Meet This Deadline And The Prochowice Commune Loses The Funding, The Ordering Party Will Demand From The Contractor To Cover 100% Of The Lost Funding, Which Will Be Included In The Provisions Of The Contract.
