As Part Of The Deliveries, The Ordering Party Requires, Among Others: - The Assortment Delivered By The Contractor Will Be Of First Class Quality, Fresh And Marked In Accordance With The Applicable Standard; The Assortment Will Be Delivered According To Net Weight; In Packages Of Max. 15 Kg; - The Contractor Will Deliver The Assortment Continuously, Twice A Week, From Monday To Friday, To The Ordering Partys Food Warehouse, From 7:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M., With Delivery And Delivery To The Warehouse And Quantitative And Qualitative Verification In The Presence Of The Contractor.
