1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Chemical Power Sources For Communication Equipment, Divided Into Two Tasks: Task 1 - Batteries.2.The Subject Of The Order For Task 1 And Task 2 Must Be Brand New, And Their Production Date Cannot Be Earlier Than The First Quarter Of 2026.3.The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A 12-Month Warranty Period For The Proposed Assortment In Task No. 1 And Task No. 2, Which Will Apply From The Moment The Representatives Of The Parties Sign The Acceptance-Handover Protocol Without Any Comments Or Reservations, In Accordance With The Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In The Assortment And Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) The Trade Name - Manufacturer And The Designation (Name, Number, Symbol, Type, Etc.) Of The Offered Assortment. For The Ordering Party, Specifying The Subject Of Delivery By The Contractor Is An Important Element Of The Content Of The Offer Due To The Need To Determine The Compliance Of The Content Of The Offer With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 5. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract, Brand New, Unused, With The Production Date And Security Measures Used By The Manufacturer, And Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense And Risk And Will Unload The Assortment At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.7.The Delivery Must Be Made On Business Days Applicable To The Ordering Party, I.E. From Monday To Thursday From 08.00 To 14.00, Friday From 08.00 To 11.00.
