The Subject Of The Order Are Services Related To Winter Maintenance Of County Roads In The Winter Season 2026/2027 - Combating Slipperiness And Snow Removal Of County Roads Administered By The County Roads Authority In Żnin With A Total Length Of 158.386 Km (Road Sections Intended For Winter Maintenance In The Scope Of Part 1 Are Specified In Point Vi Subpoint 1 Of The Swz, Which Is An Annex To This Procedure. The Order Consists Of: Snow Removal - Removing Snow From The Road Surface And Maintaining The Passability Of Designated Road Sections, Preventing And Removing Slipperiness On Designated Road Sections, Maintaining The Technical Readiness Of The Equipment Intended To Carry Out The Tasks Together With The Service Staff, The Contractor, As Part Of Part 1 Of The Order, Is Obliged To Have A Prepared Mixture Of Sand And Salt In A Ratio Of 4:1 In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 160 Mg, Securing The Piles With Foil And Storing The Ready Mixture (The Ordering Party During Unfavorable Weather Conditions May Request The Contractor To Additionally Prepare A Mixture Of Sand And Salt, However, In A Situation Where The Winter Is Mild And The Stored Material Is Not Used, This Will Not Constitute Any Basis For A Claim From The Contractor). If It Is Not Possible To Purchase Brine, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Combat Slipperiness Only By Using A Mixture Of Sand And Salt.
