Tenders Are Invited For Successful Catering Services For The University Of Economics In Katowice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Meals Delivery And Serving Services (Catering Service) For Participants Of Postgraduate Studies Organized On The Premises Of The University Of Economics In Katowice Located On The University Campus At 1 Maja Street And At Ul. Bogucicka And At Ul. Adamski 7. 2. The Provision Of Successive Catering Services Is Understood By The Ordering Party As The Service Of Preparing Meals And Drinks As Well As Their Delivery/Delivery And Serving On The Dates And Quantities Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party In The Order, Using The Contractors Own Devices, Equipment, Dishes And Products. The Contractor Will Deliver And Distribute Meals And Drinks In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 2 Modules (Where A Module Means A Part). This Means That The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers In Accordance With The Table Below. The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts For Which A Contractor May Submit An Offer, Nor Does It Indicate The Maximum Number Of Parts For Which The Contract May Be Awarded To The Same Contractor. 3.1.Module I The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Successive Catering Services For Participants Of Postgraduate Studies Organized On The Premises Of The University Of Economics In Katowice Located On The University Campus At 1 Maja Street And At Ul. Bogucicka And At Ul. Adamski 7. 4. The Provision Of Catering Services As Part Of Events Organized By The Ordering Party Will Be Carried Out Successively, Based On Separate Orders From The Ordering Party Sent In Electronic Form. 5. Within Module I, Each Order Will Include The Provision Of Catering Services For One Group Of Postgraduate Study Participants. The Size Of The Group Will Be Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party In The Order And Will Be No Less Than 25 People And No More Than 31 People. 6. The Ordering Party Will Make Available The Rooms Where The Events Will Take Place On The Date Agreed With The Contractor, But At Least 2 Hours Before The Start Of The Event. The Ordering Party Will Also Provide Access To Utilities, I.E. Electricity And Water. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Method Of Performing The Order And The Contractors Obligations Are Specified In:7.1.The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constitute Form No. 4A To Swz.7.2.The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Module I, Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz, Is Form No. 5A To The Swz.
