The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Of Permanent Electronic Monitoring Of Alarm Systems And Physical Protection Of People, Land And Property, Together With Concierge Services In The Facilities Of The Koszalin University Of Technology At Ul. Racławicka 15-17, Ul. Kwiatkowskiego 6E, Ul. Śniadeckich 2 In Koszalin To The Extent Specified In The Swz, Consisting In: 1) Constant Electronic Monitoring Of The Ordering Partys Alarm Systems In The Field Of Protection Against Burglary, Assault, Fire And Flooding Based On Signals Transmitted By The Alarm Systems Used; 2) Collecting And Storing Data On Events Registered By Alarm System Devices For The Duration Of The Order And Making Information Available To The Ordering Party Upon Its Request; 3) Ensuring The Activities Of Intervention Groups In The Event Of Receiving A Notification From The Alarm System; 4) Providing Physical Protection Services For People, Land And Property, Including Concierge Services During Part-Time Studies And Other Classes (Saturdays And Sundays) And At The Additional Request Of The Ordering Party.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz.3.The Estimated Number Of Man-Hours During The Duration Of The Contract Is 3,500. The Number Of Hours Of Protection May Be Reduced. The Number Of Man-Hours Provided In The Offer Form Is Only For The Purpose Of Comparing Offers. The Final Value Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Determined Based On The Actual Number Of Man-Hours Multiplied By The Unit Price Indicated In The Offer, Provided That The Minimum Level Of Contract Implementation Will Not Be Less Than 2,000 Man-Hours.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Need To Coordinate Different Contractors Performing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract, As Well As Cause Excessive Technical Difficulties Or Excessive Costs Of Contract Performance. The Subject Of The Order Is Adapted To Be Carried Out By Small And Medium-Sized Entities.5. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Carrying Out A Site Inspection Of The Place Of Execution Of The Order As An Auxiliary Activity In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party On The Date And Time. Completing An On-Site Visit Is Not A Condition For Participation In The Proceedings.
