Kościelna 3, 83-261 Piece.2.The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Bagged Wood Pellets With The Following Parameters: A) Calorific Value In Working Condition Not Lower Than 16.5 Mj/Kg, B) Total Humidity Not Higher Than 10%, C) Ash Content In Working Condition Not Higher Than 0.7%, D) Sulfur Content In Working Condition Not Higher Than 0.03%, E) Granulate Length From 5 Mm To 45 Mm, F) Diameter Pellets From 6 Mm To 8 Mm. (Recommended 6 Mm) G) Fuel Class: Biogenic Fuel C13.Pellet Deliveries Will Take Place: For The Boiler Room Of The Branch School In Piece Ul. Kościelna 3, 83-261 Piece - Successively For A Period Of 6 Months (From December 2026 To May 2027. The Expected Amount Of Bagged Pellets In The Above-Mentioned Period Is A Maximum Of 40 Tons).4.The Quantity Of Bagged Pellets Ordered May Change By +/- 30%, Depending On The Actual Needs Resulting From Weather Conditions.5.The Contractor Will Deliver Bagged Pellets Successively, In Accordance With The Request Submitted By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Place Orders In Writing Or By Telephone (Confirmed By E-Mail).6.Deliveries (Transport - A Truck With A Permissible Total Weight Of Up To 7.5 Tons, Equipped With A Hydraulic Self-Loading Elevator And A Manual Or Electric Pallet Truck). The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered In Factory-Bagged Form, Tight Packaging, Damage-Resistant Plastic Bags Weighing 15 Kg Net Each. Bags Placed On Collective Transport Pallets, Collective Pallets Protected Against Moisture And Weather Conditions Using Stretch Foil And A Foil Hood. Deliveries Will Be Made To: The Boiler Room Of The Branch School In Piece, Ul. Kościelna 3, 83-261 Piece. 7. The Volume Of A Single Delivery Will Be Approximately 10 Tons Of Pellets. Due To Limited Access Conditions To The Unloading Point, Each Batch Must Be Transported To The Destination Using Smaller Vehicles (Gvw Up To 7.5 Tons), Which Requires Multiple Shuttle Trips Or The Use Of Several Vehicles On The Day Of Delivery.8.The Delivered Pellets Must Have A Certificate (In Polish) Consistent With The Enplus Or Dinplus Quality Standard. For Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach A Document Confirming The Quality Parameters Of The Delivered Pellets (Pellet Test Report Prepared By An Accredited Laboratory). The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Delivered Pellets And For Any Resulting Damage To The Ordering Party. In The Event Of Any Reservations Raised By The Ordering Party Regarding The Required Parameters, The Contractor Must Demonstrate That The Pellets Have The Parameters Required By The Ordering Party And Are Consistent With The Contract. If The Pellets Are Found To Be Of Inappropriate Quality (Consistent With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Contract), The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Empty The Warehouse Of Pellets That Do Not Meet The R
