A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, By A Contractor With Experience, Executive Potential And Persons With Appropriate Experience And Qualifications. 4. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Commissioning Must Also Be In Accordance With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Polish Standards, Guidelines And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Including Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works And Receiving A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection To Construction For Elements That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or A Designers Statement On The Lack Of Need To Obtain A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works.
