1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Tasks Related To The Management Of A Cultural Institution Called The Villa Decius Cultural Institute In Krakow. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template With An Annex, Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Justification For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: Due To The Need Of The Ordering Party To Select A Contractor For The Service Consisting In Strategic And Ongoing Management Of The Institution, Performed Continuously And Uninterrupted, During The Period Provided For In The Order And In Connection With Art. 15A Of The Act On Organizing And Conducting Cultural Activities, Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Impossible. The Manager Of A Cultural Institution Performs The Same Function For The Institution As The Director Of The Institution, Which Is Consistent With The Provisions Of The Statute Adopted By Resolution No. Cxi/2905/18 Of The Krakow City Council Of September 26, 2018 On The Establishment Of A Municipal Cultural Institution Under The Name: Villa Decius Cultural Institute: § 8. Paragraph 2. The Organizer May Entrust The Management Of The Cultural Institute To A Natural Or Legal Person On The Basis Of An Institution Management Agreement Concluded In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Organizing And Conducting Cultural Activities. Section 3. If The Management Of The Institute Of Culture Is Entrusted To The Administrator, He/She Exercises The Powers Of The Director. The Duties Of The Director Of The Institution Are Specified In § 7 Of The Above-Mentioned Of The Statute: 1. The Institute Of Culture Is Managed By A Director Who Represents The Institution Externally, Manages It Individually And Bears Full Responsibility For All Its Activities. 2. The Duties Of The Director Include In Particular: 1) Managing Matters Of Basic And Administrative Activities, 2) Shaping The Program Of Activities, 3) Conducting Effective Management Of The Property And Financial Resources Of The Institution, 4) Searching For And Obtaining Other Sources Of Financing The Statutory Activities Of The Institution, 5) Selecting And Using Staff, Creating Conditions For Improving The Professional Qualifications Of Employees And Providing Them With Appropriate Working Conditions, 6) Presenting Plans And Material And Financial Reports As Well As Investment Applications To The Organizer And Relevant Institutions, 7) Issuing Regulations And Orders In The Applicable Manner, 8) Exercising Management Control In The Institution. 4. The Director Is Authorized To Incur Liabilities And Make Expenses Up To The Amount Specified In The Institutions Financial Plan. Due To The Above, It Is Not Possible To Divide The Order Into Parts.
