The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Office And Warehouse Facility Of The District Police Headquarters Located At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 23 C For The Needs Of The District Police Headquarters In Ostrzeszów Along With A Change In Its Use. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of The Main Building A And Building B With A Total Usable Area Of ​​Approx. 4,000 M2, Including Electrical, Central Heating, Water And Sewage Installations, Ventilation And Air Conditioning; 2) Expansion Of Telecommunications Systems: Access Control (Skd) And Video Monitoring (Cctv); 3) Implementation Of Burglary And Attack Alarms (Sswin) And Fire Alarm Systems (Ssp/Sap); 4) Construction Of A Structural Network Of Category 6A According To Iso/Iec 11801; 5) Land Development, Including: Reconstruction Of The Fence With Gates And A Wicket, Construction Of A Flagpole And A Pylon. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Executive Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. However, The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 Of The Swz.
