The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Design Work And Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Material Scope Included In This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For A Municipal Residential Building In Podkowa Leśna. The Documentation Will Be Used To Describe The Subject Of The Order For Conducting A Tender Based On The Public Procurement Law For Construction Works Act And The Implementation Of The Full Scope Of Construction Works On Its Basis, With Possibility Of Division Into Stages. The Documentation May Not Describe The Subject Matter Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Unless This Is Justified By The Specific Nature Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract And Cannot Be Described Using Sufficiently Precise Terms, And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
