The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Place The Equipment Ready For Work In The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party Within No More Than 90 Minutes From The Time Of Request.4. Winter Road Maintenance Covers District Roads With Bituminous, Non-Bituminous And Dirt Surfaces.5. The Order Includes The Following Activities: - Clearing Snow From Roads And Combating Slippery Road Surfaces In Accordance With The Winter Road Maintenance Standard. On Roads With Dirt, Bituminous And Non-Bituminous Surfaces, The 5Th Standard For Winter Maintenance Of District Roads Applies. - Purchasing, Preparing And Storing Materials To Combat Slipperiness; - Ensuring The Availability Of The Contractors Employees Responsible For The Proper Performance Of The Service.6.
