The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Collection And Management Of The Entire Mass Of Municipal Waste Collected From Property Owners Living In The Wodynie Commune (Collected Selectively And Mixed). 2) Transport And Disposal Of Municipal Waste Collected From Property Owners Residing In The Wodynie Commune To The Appropriate Waste Processing Installation. 3) Waste Collected From Residents Of The Wodynie Commune. The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage (Recover Or Neutralize) In A Manner Consistent With The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733) And Resolution No. 9/25 Of The Masovian Voivodeship Assembly Of February 25 On The Adoption Of The Waste Management Plan For The Masovian Voivodeship 2030.4) Mixed Municipal Waste, Green Waste And Residues From Sorting Municipal Waste Intended For Storage Are Transferred To Waste Processing Installations. Municipal (Ipok). 5) The Contractor Will Transfer Selectively Collected Municipal Waste Collected From Property Owners To Waste Recovery And Disposal Installations, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Specified In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) 6) In The Event Of Refusal To Accept Waste By The Waste Processing Installations Municipal Waste, The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer The Waste First To A Replacement Installation Ensuring The Highest Levels Of Recycling And Reuse, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill. 2. The Order Also Includes: 1) Delivery Of Bags For Unsegregated Waste And Delivery Of Bags For Selectively Collected Waste To All Residents Declared And Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Appropriate Quantity And Marking, In Accordance With The Ongoing Collection, 2) Equipment And Operation Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Located In Oleśnica And Removal Of Waste From This Point As Needed; 3) Collection In The Form Of Itinerant Collection And Removal Within The Deadline Validity Of The Contract, Furniture And Bulky Waste, Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Waste Tires, Clothing And Textiles, And Construction Waste.3.A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 7. Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz.4.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Weigh All Vehicles At Its Own Expense Before Starting Waste Collection And After Completing The Collection Before Leaving The Wodynie Commune At The Place And Time Indicated By The Ordering Party.
