The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works, Services And Supplies Under The Task Titled: Modernization And Expansion Of The Playground At The Municipal Nursery In Police As Part Of The Active Playgrounds 2026 Program. The Works Will Be Carried Out At Ul. Robotnicza 15/17 In Police, Plot No. 305/13, Precinct 15 Police. The Scope Applies Only To The Playground At The Nursery And Does Not Include The Outdoor Gym.2. The Scope Includes In Particular: Removal Of Existing Playground Equipment, Removal Of An Inactive Lighting Pole And Removal Of Interfering Elements; Earthworks, Site Preparation And Profiling; Construction Of A Terrain Hill With Dimensions Of Approximately 3.00 × 4.50 M And A Height Of Approximately 0.30 M; Construction Of The Surface And Approximately 105 M Of Flexible Edges; Securing Four Wells; Reconstruction Of Approximately 3 M Of The Fence At The Entrance To The Basement In Order To Secure The Danger Zone; Widening The Gate To A Width Of At Least 1.20 M; Making Three Sets Of Backyard Games From Thermoplastic Mass.3. The Development Of Greenery Includes, In Particular, The Construction Of Lawns And The Planting Of 3 Trees, 123 Shrubs, 53 Ornamental Grasses And 39 Perennials, In Accordance With The Design Documentation.4. The Scope Of Equipment Includes In Particular: 8 Plant Pots, 1 Small Shop With A Pinwheel, 1 Vegetable Shop, 2 Nature Discovery Stations, 1 Four-Sided Art Board, 1 Chalk Board, 3 Waste Bins, 4 Activity Benches With Manipulative Elements, 1 Bench-Table, 4 Bench-Tables For Children, A Bicycle Rack And A Gazebo Measuring Approximately 6 × 4 M. Two Manipulation Boards Will Be Made Individually In Accordance With The Procedure For Agreeing Documentation During The Execution Of The Contract.5. The Widening Of The Gate Is Financed From The Employers Own Funds, Apart From Funding From The Program. The Final Post-Assembly Inspection Of The Entire Playground Will Be Performed At The Request And Expense Of The Ordering Party By An Independent Entity With The Appropriate Scope Of Pca Accreditation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove, As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, All Defects And Discrepancies Found As A Result Of This Inspection.
