The Ordering Party Is Looking For A Contractor/Contractors To Perform Winter Road Maintenance Services Consisting In Sprinkling A Mixture Of Sand And Salt And Clearing Snow From Roads Using A Snow Removal Plow, On Municipal Roads Of The Świdnica Commune Located In The Following Registration Areas: Bystrzyca Dolna (Without The Road From Świdnica Towards Burkatowo And The Road From The Intersection Through The Railway Crossing To The Provincial Road), Burkatów (Without Connector Towards The Modliszów - Witoszów Roundabout, And Without The Road From The Bridge Towards The Zydląg Estate And Towards Bystrzyca Górna), Bystrzyca Górna, Lubachów, Modliszów.2.Road Snow Removal Standards Are Specified In Annex 6 To The Swz. The Scope Of Roads Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, I.E. Winter Road Maintenance Maps, In Which Roads Covered By Snow Removal Standard 4 Are Marked In Red And Roads Covered By Snow Removal Standard 5 Are Marked In Blue. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Requires Snow Removal From Bus Bays Located On The Roads Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Scope Of Roads In Individual Registration Areas Covered By Winter Maintenance, As Well As To Change The Registration Areas.3.The Ordering Party Requires That: 1) The Contractor Ensures The Readiness (Availability) Of The Necessary Equipment And Operators To Provide The Services Covered By The Subject Of This Order In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To April 30, 2027. 2) The Contractor Has A Base That Will Be The Starting And Ending Point Of The Provision Of Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Located In The Świdnica Commune Or In The City Of Świdnica Or At A Distance Of No More Than 20 Km From The Administrative Border Of The Commune.
