Quotation are invited for Design, Build & Installation of Booths for the Student Clubs Exhibitions 2026. Bids Submission: From Fri, 23-Oct-2026 12:00 PM To Thu, 05-Nov-2026 11:00 PM The Club Fair is one of many platforms, events and activities offered by UAEU as part of its constantly striving to enrich the university experience for students and working on the growth and refinement of their cultural, academic, sports and artistic interests. The university would like to organize an exhibition that contains several booths in an interactive environment that enables students to communicate with their peers who have similar interests and attract new students. The event will take place on 17-18 November/2026 at the multipurpose hall at Al Seef building B3 building - UAE University Alain. The project implementation period is 5 days from 9-13 Nov 2026.
