The Town Of View Royal Is Seeking A Qualified Consultant Or Consulting Team With Expertise Is Urban And Landscape Design, Architecture, Site Planning, Environmental Planning, Land Development, Graphic Design And Gis Mapping To Undertake A Review Of Form And Character And Environmental Development Permit Areas (Dpas) And Guidelines, Prepare Maps, Graphics And Illustrations, And Undertake 3D Massing Modeling To Test That The Guidelines Achieve Desired Design Outcomes. The Goal Is To Update The Existing Development Permit Areas With Modern Objectives And Guidelines To Guide Urban Design, Achieve High-Quality And Energy Efficient Built Forms, And Protect Natural And Sensitive Environmental Areas.
