The Successful Contractor Will Be Responsible For Responding To Public Complaints Received Directly By Telephone Regarding Activities Occurring Within Designated Park Parking Lots.Services Will Be Provided On An On-Call Basis Between 4:30 P.M. And 8:00 A.M., Including Weekends And Statutory Holidays, With Contractor Contact Information Posted At Each Location For Public Access. The Contractor Will Attend Sites As Required, Assess Complaints, Take Appropriate Action, And Maintain Detailed Dispatch Records.The Proposed Agreement Will Consist Of An Initial One-Year Term, With The Option For Two Additional Two-Year Extensions, For A Potential Total Contract Term Of Five Years.
