The Subject Of The Tender Is The Renovation Of The Existing Heating System In The Residential Complex. The System Consists Of A Main Center With A Gas And Pellet Boiler System Including Pellet Storage And Pellet Conveying As Well As Three Downstream Sub-Centers To Supply Heat To The Property. The Services Include The Dismantling Of The Existing System Components In The 4 Control Centers As Well As The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of New Gas And Pellet Boiler Systems Including The Necessary Adjustments To The Pellet Infrastructure, Heat Distribution, Pressure Maintenance And Control Center Components. A Total Of 246 Residential Units, 8 Business Units And 13 Office Units Are Supplied.
