Framework Agreement Architect . Descriptiondrammen Eiendom Kf Intends To Enter Into Framework Agreements With 3–5 Suppliers Of Architectural Services. The Purpose Is To Ensure Access To Qualified Architectural Assistance In The Implementation Of The Companys Project Portfolio In The Coming Years. The Architects Will Assist Drammen Eiendom Kf In Both Investment And Maintenance Projects, And The Assignments Can Include All Project Phases - From The Early Idea And Development Phase, Via Planning And Implementation, To Completion, Handover And Follow-Up During The Warranty Period. The Construction Projects Will Primarily Be Managed By The Project Business. The Project Portfolio Is Varied And Consists Of Both New Builds, Conversions, Rehabilitations And Maintenance Measures Of Varying Size And Complexity. The Number Of Projects And Their Scope Will Depend On The Agreed Investment And Operating Budgets During The Agreement Period.
