Tenders Are Invited For Service Contract Relating To The Overhaul Of The Adapte-Ta-Commune Tool

Since 2016, The Awac Has Offered An Excel Tool To Municipalities For Assessing The Vulnerability Of The Territory Called “Adapte-Ta-Commune” And A Website “The Walloons Adapt” Offering Around Ten Action Sheets And Examples Of Implementation. Both Tools Aim To Help Municipalities In Implementing Their Municipal Strategy. The “Adapte-Ta-Commune” Tool Is Also Used By Municipalities As Part Of Their Commitment Within The Framework Of The Covenant Of Mayors1 Where Municipalities Are Asked To Propose A Series Of Measures In Their Energy-Climate Plan (Paedc) Aimed At The Resilience Of The Territory In The Face Of Climate Change. On The Other Hand, In 2025, The Results Of The Study On The Vulnerability Of The Walloon Territory (Study Prw317) Were Made Public With New Climate Indicators And Projections. In The Process, More Than 700 Maps Were Published On The Walloon Geoportal And On The Climate Portal Allowing Risk Areas To Be Visualized Throughout Wallonia. In This Context, It Is Requested To Develop A New “Adapte-Ta-Commune” Tool With Regard To The New Climate Indicators And Projections Produced As Part Of The Prw317 Study.
