The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil For Heating Purposes To Facilities Administered By 22 Wog In Olsztyn In 2027 In The Towns Of Omulew, Ulesie, Olsztyn, Marcinkowo, Załuski, Hereinafter Referred To As Fuel Oil, In A Forecast Amount Of 310 M3, Including A Basic Order Of 140 M3, An Option Of 170 M3 In Accordance With The Heating Oil Supply Plan For 22 Military Economic Branch In Olsztyn In 2027, Hereinafter Referred To As The Delivery Plan, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, The Quantities Of Which Included In The Option Will Be Used And Delivered To The Recipient Additionally, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, At Unit Prices Specified In The Offer Form, Within The Time Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Including Annexes). Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz. Fuel Oil Should Be Delivered By Road Tankers, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Pn-91/C-04024 Standard, Equipped With Filler Nozzles With A Certified Measuring Device In Units Of Measurement - Liter, And A Printer Enabling The Issuance Of A Report (Proof Of Issue) On The Amount Of Oil Delivered To A Specific Recipient. Light Fuel Oil Should Be Delivered In Compliance With All Applicable Regulations Governing The Transport Of Hazardous Materials According To Rid/Adr. The Parties Undertake To Carry Out Deliveries In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 9, 2017 On The Monitoring System For Road And Rail Transport Of Goods And Trade In Fuel Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1218, As Amended).
