Any Extra Not Required Will Not Be Considered In The Evaluation.The Requested Products, As Well As The Available Spending Amounts, Assigned To Each One, Are Founddetailed In The Technical Bidding Rules.However, Without Prejudice To The Above, Any Extra Offered, Not Required By The Hospital, And That Cannotbe Technically Or Economically Separated From The Good To Be Acquired, It Will Be Understood That It Does Not Comply With What Was Requested Andwill Give Cause For The Offer To Be Declared Inadmissible.Nor May The Supplier Present Two Alternative Inputs In The Same Offer, Unless He Does So.Separately In Main And Alternative Offers, All, According To Bases, Otherwise, The Offer Will Bedeclared Inadmissible.Likewise, If In A Process Simultaneous Offers Are Presented Regarding The Same Good Or Service Or Itemtendered By Companies Belonging To The Same Business Group Or Related To Each Other, According Toarticle 9 Of The Purchasing Law Provides, The Hospital Will Consider For The Purposes Of Evaluating The Tenderpublic Or Offered Item, Only The Most Convenient Offer From The Respective Suppliers Of The Same Groupbusiness Or Related To Each Other, According To The Evaluation Criteria Established In The Bases.Nor May The Supplier, In Any Case, Condition Its Offer By Generating Changes In The Requirement.Technical And Administrative Established On These Bases. In The Event Of Any Discrepancy Between Theoffered By The Supplier And The Original Requirement Of Bases, The Offer Will Be Declared Inadmissible.
