The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, During The Execution Of The Order (During The Entire Duration Of The Contract), Under Employment Contracts, Persons Directly Performing The Work/Works, I.E. Employees Performing Activities Related To The Work Or Works Specified In The Spk Or Sst, Consisting Of, Among Others: For: Assembly And/Or Repair Of Devices Or Electrical Installations - Electricians; Operating Basket Lifts, Truck Cranes, Crane Trucks - Operators, And Driving Vehicles On Construction Sites - Category B And C Drivers. This Requirement Does Not Apply To: Persons Verifying And Making Changes To The Program Part, Persons Managing Construction Works, Or Suppliers Of Construction Equipment And Materials. Participation Of Contractors From Third Countries: 1. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Contractors Who Run A Business And Have Their Registered Office Or Place Of Residence In Countries Other Than Member States Of The European Union And Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The Agreement Of The World Trade Organization On Government Procurement Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party (So-Called Third Countries). An Offer Submitted By A Contractor From A Third Country Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 2 Letter A Of The Public Procurement Law In Connection With Art. 11 Of The Public Procurement Law. 2.
