The Service Includes Organizational, Methodological And Administrative Support For The Project Management As Well As Project Management In The Implementation, Introduction And Operational Preparation Phase Of The Capacity Market. The Client Is Tennet Tso Gmbh On Behalf Of 4Ünb. The Service Framework Agreement Will Initially Be Concluded For A Term Of One Year. There Are Also Extension Options For A Further Year, Up To Seven Times In Total, So That A Maximum Contract Term Of Eight Years Can Be Achieved. The Estimated Contract Value Is 600 Thousand Euros Per Year. The Service Is Provided In A Complex Multi-Project Environment With The Participation Of All Four German Transmission System Operators And A Large Number Of Project Committees, Sub-Projects And Stakeholders. Contractual Partner And Beneficiaries The Contractual Partner Of The Advertised Contract Is Exclusively Tennet Tso Gmbh. Beneficiaries Within The Meaning Of Section 328 Bgb Will Also Be The Following Transmission System Operators: 50Hertz Transmission Gmbh, Amprion Gmbh, Transnetbw Gmbh. They Are Also Entitled To Use Services From This Contract. The Contractor Can Assert All Objections And Defenses Arising From This Contract Against Both The Client And The Beneficiaries.
