The City Of Jyväskylä (Hereinafter The Procurement Unit Or The Client) Organizes A Tender In Accordance With The Procurement Act (1397/2016) For The Procurement Of Basic Information Technology Services. The Procurement Unit Asks Candidates To Send An Application For Participation In The Competitive Negotiation Procedure In Accordance With This Request For Participation And Its Appendices. The Subject Of Procurement Are The Following Service Packages Of Basic Information Technology Services: 1. User Support Services, The Services Contained In Which Are Necessary For Solving It Problems Of People Using The Information Technology Environment, Advising On Use And Supporting Work; 2. Terminal Equipment Life Cycle Services, Which Includes A Comprehensive Set Of Services To Ensure The Efficient, Safe And Cost-Effective Use Of Workstations And Mobile Devices And Their Accessories Throughout Their Entire Life Cycle. The Whole Also Includes The Purchase Of Workstation Equipment; 3. Server Usage Services, The Services Contained In Which Are Central To The Server Infrastructure And The Telecommunication Infrastructure Supporting It And Which Ensure Efficient And Reliable Operation And Management Of The Servers; 4. Cloud Services, The Services Contained In Which Provide Centralized Management And Monitoring Of Public Cloud Services For Cloud-Based Resources And Services; 5. Information Security Services, Which Includes A Comprehensive Set Of Services Whose Goal Is To Protect The It Environment From All Kinds Of Threats And Risks, Including E.G. Preventive Measures, Active Monitoring, Intrusion Detection And Response, And Continuous Improvement Of Information Security Level; 6. Identity And Access Management, Which Includes Services Focused On The Management Of The Identities, Access Control And Rights Of Personnel, Partners, Information Systems And The Management Of The Information Systems And Public Cloud Services That Support Them; 7. Expert Services, Includes Services Related To Specialized Professional Expert Work And Consulting That Support It Infrastructure, Information Systems, Information Security And Operational Planning, Optimization, Development, Expansion And Renewal; And 8. Service Management, Which Includes Services Related To The Management And Development Of The Acquired Service Package And Services Related To It Processes. The Content Of The Basic Information Technology Services Is Preliminary And Will Be Specified In Negotiations. The Procurement Documents And Their Content Are Supplemented During The Procurement Procedure, And The Final Procurement Object And Requirements Are Presented In The Final Request For Tenders. Basic Information Technology Services Are Intended To Be Procured (1) From One Supplier Chosen Based On This Tender.
