The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A New Joint Path For Pedestrians And Cyclists In The Cadastral Area Of ​​Hodonice. The Construction Is Part Of The Planned Cycle Route Krhovice – Hodonice – Tasovice.The Subject Of The Public Contract Includes The Implementation Of Two Consecutive Construction Sections:• Cyklostezka Hodonice - Section I - Construction Of A Common Path For Pedestrians And Cyclists With A Length Of Approx. 585 M And A Basic Width Of 3.5 M, With An Asphalt Surface And Gravel Shoulders On Both Sides. This Section Also Includes The Removal Of The Existing Road, The Construction Of A New Culvert At The Intersection With The Hodonice O2 Melioration Channel, Connection To The Subsequent Transport Infrastructure And Associated Landscaping And Vegetation Improvements.• Cyklostezka Hodonice - Section Ii - Construction Of A Common Path For Pedestrians And Cyclists With A Length Of Approx. 640 M And A Basic Width Of 3.5 M, With An Asphalt Surface And Gravel Shoulders On Both Sides. This Section Also Includes The Removal Of The Existing Road, Connection To The Subsequent Transport Infrastructure And Associated Landscaping And Vegetation Improvements.The Total Length Of Both Construction Sections Is Approximately 1,225 M.Each Of The Mentioned Sections Is Dealt With By Separate Project Documentation And A Separate Statement Of Dimensions (Itemized Budget). Both Sections Form The Common Subject Of This Public Contract And Will Be Implemented Simultaneously, Within The Framework Of One Contractual Relationship.The Detailed Scope And Technical Solution Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Defined By The Project Documentation For The Individual Sections, Which Together Form Annex No. 2 (2A, 2B) Of This Call, And The Relevant Statements Of Measurements (Itemized Budgets), Which Together Form Annex No. 3 (3A, 3B) Of This Call. Other Implementation Conditions Are Set Out In The Binding Draft Contract For The Work, Which Forms Annex No. 4 Of This Call.
