Dairy Products – Deliveries Of Dairy Products. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Dairy Products To The Police School In Piła. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Full List Of The Assortment That Is The Subject Of Supplies And The Estimated Quantity Of The Ordered Products Are Provided In The Assortment And Quantity Specification, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. This Attachment Is Part Of The Offer And Must Therefore Be Submitted In The Form Prescribed For The Offer. 3. The Given Quantities Are Estimates And Do Not Oblige The Ordering Party To Purchase Products In These Quantities. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Order With A Value Of Up To 50% Of The Total Gross Remuneration. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Or Legal Claims For Failure To Complete Part Of The Order. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Therefore, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. Delivery, Unloading And Carrying The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out At The Contractors Expense, Included In The Price Of The Products Covered By The Public Procurement Contract. 7. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made Using The Contractors Means Of Transport Approved For The Transport Of Food. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current Certificate Of Entry In The Register Of Establishments Subject To Official Control Of The Competent Authorities - In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) Or A Current Administrative Decision On Entry In The Register Of Establishments Or On Approval Of The Establishment Issued By The District Veterinarian With The Assigned Number Identification In Accordance With Art. 21 Section 4 Of The Act Of December 16, 2005 On Products Of Animal Origin (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 872, As Amended). The Contractor Must Be Subject To Constant Supervision By The Competent Authorities. 9. The Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Production And Circulation Of Food. Each Product Must Be Produced And Marketed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Haccp System. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 11. The Order Will Be Implemented Successively: From March 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Or Until The Total Gross Remuneration Under The Contract Is Exhausted. 12. The Ordering Party Specifies The Order Completion Date As A Date Due To The Fact That These Are Periodic Deliveries. Indicating A Specific Order Execution Date Will Allow You To Maintain Continuity Of Deliveries. 13. With Reference To Art. 455 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Extending The Contract Implementation Deadline To 2 Months After The Deadline Specified In The Contract If, In The Manner Provided For In Section 1, The Funds Under The Concluded Contract Will Not Be Exhausted And The Contract Will Not Be Signed
