Welfare Services For The Elderly – Public Service Concession For Operation Of The Autonomous Residence. The Concession Will Include: - Operation, Upkeep And Maintenance, Major Upkeep And Renewal Of The Installations So As To Ensure Their Proper Functioning; - Management By The Concessionaire, And At Its Own Expense And Risk, Of The Service And Relations With Users. The Dealers Remuneration Will Come From Operating The Service. This Public Service Delegation Will Have A Duration Of Between 15 And 20 Years From The Signing Of The Contract Depending On The Planned Investments.
