In Addition, Cito Can, Upon Request, Use Additional Intermediary Services For The Search And Selection Of External Professionals. With This Tender, Cito Aims To Contract A Reliable And Expert Partner Who Ensures Efficient, Careful And User-Friendly Implementation Of The Services And Relieves Cito As Much Of The Burden As Possible. The Assignment Includes Services Related To External Hiring, Consisting Of: Contract Service: The Administrative And Contractual Handling And Management Of External Deployments, Including Relevant Checks, Advice And Invoicing; Intermediary Services: Searching, Pre-Selecting And Offering Suitable External Professionals At Citos Request; The Implementation Of The Services And The Transfer Of Existing External Deployments At The Start Of The Agreement. Cito Currently Has Approximately 39 Active External Deployments Managed By The Current Service Provider. The Expected Size Is Approximately 30 To 50 Simultaneously Active Deployments. In Addition, The Tender Documents Take Into Account Possible Structural Growth In The Need For External Hiring. Contract Service Is The Focus Of The Assignment.
