If The Ordering Party Installs Installations Of Renewable Energy Sources (Res) During The Term Of The Agreement, The Contractor Will Additionally Be Obliged To Repurchase/Settle The Surplus Electricity Generated In The Res Installations, Which Was Introduced Into The Power Grid Of The Local Dso. Detailed Settlement Rules Will Be Specified In The Document Presented By The Contractor (Supplement, Regulations, Contract For The Sale Of Electricity Generated From A Renewable Energy Source).
