To 2:00 P.M., 4) Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered In The Form Of Partial Orders, From 2 M3 At A Time Up To 5 M3 To The Tank Located At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, And The Delivery Will Each Time Be Preceded By An Order From The Ordering Party, 5) Delivered Diesel Oil Referred To In Point 1 Must Meet The Requirement Specified In: - Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018), - In The Standard Pn-En 590:2022-08 Or Equivalent - Diesel Fuels - Requirements And Test Methods - In Accordance With Applicable Law, In The Event Of Discrepancies Between Standard And The Regulation, The Regulation Has Superior Value.6) Together With Each Batch Of Diesel Oil, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: - A Quality Certificate Of The Supplied Batch Of Diesel Oil, - Proof Of Issue Of Diesel Oil To The Tanker Containing, Among Others: Date Of Delivery, Quantity Of Fuel Delivered At Actual Temperature And At 150C, Amount Of Diesel Fuel Dispensed In M3, Quality Certificate Number, Density And Mass Of Diesel Oil - Printout From The Tankers Computer Confirming The Volume Of Fuel Dispensed And Date And Time Of Delivery - Current Certificate Of Legalization Of The Liquid Fuel Measuring System Installed On The Tanker. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order. - Fuel Transport Notification Number Sent Assigned To A Given Delivery And The Key Of The Receiving Entity Kr Assigned To The Ordering Party.7) Each Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out As A Sealed Full-Chamber Delivery.
