Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Diesel Fuel, Including Delivery And Unloading To The Ordering Party

The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Liquid Fuels, Together With Transport And Unloading To The Tank, Also Known As The Container Fuel Station (Ksp), Of The Ordering Party In An Estimated Annual Quantity Of Up To 130,000 Liters, Divided Into Two Assortments: A) Standard Diesel Fuel (Including Transitional And Winter Diesel) - Estimated Quantity: 117,000 Liters, B) Arctic Winter Diesel Fuel (With Improved Low-Temperature Properties) - Estimated Quantity: 13,000 Liters. 1) Fuel Will Be Delivered Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party At The Expense Of The Contractor, 2) The Delivery Will Take Place Within 24 Hours From The Date Of Request, 3) Deliveries Will Be Made Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Planned Once/Twice A Week For The Duration Of The Concluded Contract.1.The Given Quantities Of The Subject Of The Order Are Estimated Quantities, Therefore The Contractor Undertakes To Respond Flexibly To Increased Or Reduced Quantities Of The Delivery. In The Event Of Significant Changes In Circumstances Causing The Actual Scope Of Deliveries To Be Smaller Than Those Specified In The Swz And The Offer, The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Regard.2.Diesel Oil Deliveries Will Be Made To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, I.E. Base Uniszki Cegielnia 30 Near Mławy, On Working Days From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., Fuel Collection At Times Other Than 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. Is Excluded, Unless The Parties Agree In Advance And In Agreement On A Different Collection Time.3.Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered In The Form Of Partial Orders, From 2,000 L To 5,000 L At A Time To The Ordering Partys Tank In The Above-Mentioned Place, And The Delivery Will Be Each Time Preceded By An Order From The Ordering Party.4.The Receipt Of A Given Batch Of Diesel Oil Will Be Each Time Confirmed By The Signature Of A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party,5.The Delivered Diesel Fuel Referred To In Section 1 Must Meet The Requirements Specified In: - Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018), - In The Pn-En 590:2022-08 Standard (Fuels For Motor Vehicles, Diesel Oil, Requirements And Test Methodology) Or Equivalent. Depending On The Season, The Contractor Should Guarantee The Supply Of Seasonal Fuel Adapted To The Seasons: - Summer Fuel In The Period From April 16 To September 30 - Cold Fuel Filter Blocking Temperature: 0*C - Transitional Fuel In The Period From March 1 To April 15 And From October 1 To November 15 - Cold Fuel Filter Blocking Temperature: -10*C - Winter Fuel In The Period From November 16 To February 28 - Cold Filter Blocking Temperature Fuels: -20*C Delivery Of Biodiesel Fuels Is Not Allowed, And The Addition Of Biocomponents Of Plant Origin To Diesel Oil Used To Power Diesel Engines May Not Exceed 7%. The Fuel Supplied Must Necessarily Come From The Petroleum Refining Process.
