Tenders Are Invited For Expansion Of The Public Playing Field And Change Of Location Of Small Architectural Objects In Public Places

3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Expansion Of A Public Pitch And Change Of The Location Of Small Architectural Objects In A Public Place The Ordering Party Is Applying For Funding For The Task In Question From The Program For The Development Of Sports Infrastructure In Voivodeships, 2026 Edition. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate The Procedure If It Does Not Obtain Funding. 3.1.1. The Subject Of This Agreement Is The Expansion Of A Public Pitch And The Change Of The Location Of Small Architectural Objects In A Public Place, And This Task Will Be Divided Into 2 Stages: Stage I - Demolition Works And Preparation Of The Area For The Expansion Of The Pitch. Stage Ii - Construction Of The Surface, Equipment And Infrastructure Of The Pitch. 3.1.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Following Documents Attached To The Swz: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 3) Bill Of Quantities, 3.1.3. Under This Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Include In The Valuation And Implement Works, Services And Supplies Resulting From The Full Design Documentation, In Particular Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Other Documents Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. It Is Unacceptable To Selectively Treat Any Of The Elements Of The Documentation, Which Should Be Treated As Complementary To Each Other And Constituting An Integral Part Of The Entire Documentation.3.1.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Works, In Agreement With The Ordering Party, In A Safe And Least Inconvenient Manner, And In A Manner That Does Not Result In The Complete Closure Of The Facility Covered By The Subject Of The Order Where The Works Will Be Carried Out.3.1.5. It Is Agreed That The Final Date For Completion Of The Order Will Be Within 210 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, And The Ordering Party Divides The Order Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage I - Including Demolition Works And Preparation Of The Area For The Expansion Of The Pitch, Deadline For Completion Of Stage I - By December 21, 2026. 2) Stage Ii - Including The Construction Of The Surface, Equipment And Infrastructure Of The Pitch.. Deadline For Completion Of Stage Ii - Up To 210 Days From Conclusion Contracts.3.2.
